Here's How It Works:

1. Let’s Get to Know You and Your Wedding Vision​

First things first—let’s chat! I want to hear all about your love story, your wedding plans, and the vision you have for your big day. From the style and vibe of your wedding to any special moments or traditions you want to capture, this is your chance to share it all. Whether you're envisioning a classic, romantic ceremony or a fun, modern celebration, I want to make sure I capture the essence of your day in a way that reflects who you are as a couple.

2. Booking Your Wedding Date​

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll secure your wedding date with a 20% non-refundable retainer (which goes toward your total wedding package cost). This ensures I’m reserved exclusively for you on your big day. After the deposit is made, we’ll finalize all the details—including timeline, locations, and any must-have moments you want me to capture.

3. Customizing Your Wedding Photography Package​

Every couple is unique, so I offer personalized wedding photography packages that can be tailored to your needs. Whether you're looking for a full-day package or something more intimate, we’ll work together to create the perfect coverage for your day. I’m here to offer guidance on timelines, photo locations, and any special requests you may have for your shoot. You’ll also receive a contract outlining all the specifics, including hours of coverage, deliverables, and payment details.

4. Finalizing the Details

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll touch base to go over everything in detail. I’ll help you finalize the timeline, and we’ll confirm any special shots or moments you’d like captured (first look, family portraits, etc.). This is also when you can share any last-minute changes or requests to ensure everything runs smoothly. Final payment is due the day before your big day - please note no sneak peeks or final photos will be delivered until full payment has been made.

5. The Big Day!​

The moment has finally arrived! On your wedding day, I’ll be there (with an assistant, my lovely husband Jake) to capture every joyful, heartfelt, and beautiful moment, from getting ready to the last dance. I’m committed to providing a stress-free experience, so you can focus on enjoying every second of your day while I take care of the photos. My goal is to blend seamlessly into your celebration, capturing both candid and posed moments that truly reflect the spirit of your day.

6. Delivery of Your Photos​

After the wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek within a few days to relive the magic! Your full, edited gallery will be delivered within 4-6 weeks (though I often finish earlier). Every photo is carefully edited to highlight the beauty, emotion, and details of your wedding day. Your final gallery will be available for download through a secure online gallery, and you’ll also receive a print release to preserve your memories.
